Absolutely terrible after care .having leukemia infection is high risk. Couldn't get my prescription and couldn't get a hold of Dr. Kelly's office. Next day when finally got through to office I was promised a call back when they placed a prescription order. 2 1/2 hours later I called back to find out what happened and she forgot all about me . Rude receptionist, impossible to get in here. Have had 3 referrals sent and have the papers for it but they “haven’t gotten them”
I had a great experience with my hearing test and consultation. The providers were efficient with our time together while also taking the time to explain everything to me.
Dr. Schrage is unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable in her hands for my ENT care. Good to know that I can get the help I need. Office staff is super great.
