I met with Dr. Stevens for an oral lession of concern. I found him to professional, caring and genuine. He chose to take a biopsy to be safe and was sure that I understood the reasons for and answered related questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stevens for any ENT needs
Took a friend there to a Doc appointment
Audiologist we saw was extremely abrasive and scolded us for her receptionist not telling her we had arrived for the appointment. She went so far as to tap her watch while telling us we were starting late! She was also extremely pushy about my child getting surgery which we declined multiple times. I'd hate to see what happened during surgery if the office is run this incompetently. She was so aggressive my child was near tears. We will NOT be back.
Drove to their office today with an appointment to get a hearing aid fixed. When I got there they said I didn't have an appointment. (See photo) I have already waited two weeks for this appointment. The receptionist was actually excellent and tried to help me despite the failure. But unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed which is my understanding quite common cause of failure.
