I enjoy this lab and the people who work there. Sometimes, it's busy, but I'm usually in and out for bloodwork or dropping stuff off. It's nice you can just go in whenever you'd like and they just do it.
Rachel B. at the front desk is unnecessarily curt and abrasive. My provider failed to send in an order for labs. Rachel acted like this was my fault and refused to show even a modicum of empathy for my situation. I'm in my third trimester of a twin pregnancy. It was a lot of work to get to the laboratory today.
