If you want excellent service, ask for Wasif. He's been my service tech for 8 years. Ask for him, he will treat you like family. He's fair, super knowledge and a consummate professional. People always ask me why I go to the dealer for my car service. I never hesitate in saying, it's because Wasif takes care of me, always! Consistent service over years has become the exception at other places, but not at Concord Honda with Wasif.
We were greeted by SA Ashley, who assisted us with our vehicle. One rear brake light was inoperative. Ashley showed interest in our concerns as we explain our situation. She right away knew the problem with our vehicle, which I also agree. Ashley checked if the part was in stock. The part was not and had to be ordered. I was very pleased with the results from Ashley. I recommend Honda Dealership for any major repairs. They know exactly what they are doing. Thank you Concord Honda.
