I had 3 things done, oil/filter change, change out brake fluid and change out transmission fluid. Plus comp multi-point inspection and car wash. Pretty timely.
I’ve been going to this dealership for a while now. I recently just went in and got an oil change the service advisor said that the service would only take a hour and a half and it took three hours. On my way back home I heard a bunch of scratching coming from under the car. I called the service department and wasn’t able to take it back until the next day as they told me to come in but it was already to late from where I live.
