My experience started off good but ended bad. Beyond the car taking all day for services from 8am until 5pm when shuttle dropped me off, I was billed incorrectly on two items. They agreed on one refund, the other was an excuse about being an estimate yet they didn’t let me know about it. This is usually not my experience but was disappointed.
The service at Concord Honda is great. Easy to make an appointment and the service personnel are professional and helpful. My advisor gave me the time frame for when my car would be ready and he was right on point. He went over the paperwork with me(oil change and tire rotation)) and I was on my way in no time. I got the best service at Concord Honda. The team was pleasant, knowledgeable and pretty fast. I had a recall to be fixed as well as my regular service. The recall work alone was 2 hours but they were done well before the time they said they would be.
