Didn’t wash car. Other then that service was great.
The maintenance of my honda civic 2012 and replacement of broken parts had went quite quick, when I had no hope. On the next day I took my car back, having it running like new. The staff is friendly and quite negotiable over the services. Special thanks to Ashley, for providing great customer guidance.
I set my appointment more than two weeks ago for a recall. When I came to my appointment today I dropped off my car and was shuttled home. Once home for 30 minutes I got a phone call and was told that they could not do my service because the tool that they needed was left inside a customers car. They told me they would be rescheduling me once they get the tool that they need. This was very upsetting and disrupted my schedule very much.
