I did have to inquire when the shipment was to be made. Coincidentally, it was immediately after my inquiry. Excellent product. Too bad I had to ask about when my unit would ship. For reference, it was approximately 5 days after the estimated date. After it shipped, it arrived in a timely manner.
Initially, my package was delayed and stuck in the processing phase. When I reached out to customer service, they were able to expedite my order and even dropped it off at the mail carrier. The product worked perfectly and as advertised.
