The staff is excellent and my doctor is great
The front desk is extremely disorganized. Mismanaging information to my provider. They are also rude and condescending. Don’t even bother calling close to quitting time or on a Friday afternoon.
YOU are NOT a PATIENT……..YOU are a NUMBER! After 15 years of being a “Patient” I thought I was at least…Just to find out I am a NUMBER. Scheduled an appointment months in advance. Just to receive a nonsensical excuse of why they were cancelling my zoom appointment 4 hours before set appointment! Whether the “Patient/Number” lives 10 miles away or 10,000 why offer this service this “Service” if you will not honor that “Patient’s/Numbers time?
