While the claim was handled extremely well and service was great, I was somewhat surprised with the significant increase in premium. It was my first claim with them since building the home in 2003, but I am so happy that I was covered!

It had been years since I had an auto accident so it was a little unsettling. Concord group was fantastic, passing no judgment. Also did a great job of setting me up with a rental. Very pleased with how concord group handled the whole situation!

This is hands down the best insurance company I ever worked with. I was with them for atleast 3 years and they provided me with great car insurance coverage at a low rate. When I moved from NH to MA I tried to stay with them but they knew my price would increase significantly so they suggested another company or to research my options to avoid paying higher costs through them. On a recent claim i had a problem with my repair shop in how they handled my rental car. Concord caught the mistake themselves and sent me a check for the amount the shop overcharged me. Very impressive

I recently had an accident, first in many years. While this was disruptive, Concord's Claim's Department made the process easy. I dealt with Betty who was excellent. She helped me navigate the process and deal with a difficult dealer who was handling my repairs. You purchase insurance each year and hopefully never need to use it, but if you do you want an organization that has your best interest first and that is Concord. I would highly recommend Concord to anyone.
