Horrible customer service. The adjuster Michael had a disrespectful manner. I was appalled at his behavior towards me. I was rear ended and it was a horror show dealing with them from start to finish. My experience with the adjuster at the body shop wasn’t pleasant either. He said the shield that fell off my car was not due to the accident. A leaking pipe caused water damage in the lower level of our house. Immediately after initial remediation by a service company, Concord was notified of the service company's estimate for repair. Concord's claims adjuster was on site within 24 hours. The repair estimate was promptly approved and funds were remitted to me for payment to the contractors for sheetrock and flooring replacement, painting and other items.
