This is such a rubbish place, they are always looking for trouble . Don't expect to live a peaceful life if you live here. I've only lived here for three months. I experienced HVAC issues, power outage for many times, both 2 elevators are broken, No hot water many times, garage door was broken and a lot of cars waiting outside, the garage was under repair, which caused a shortage of parking spaces. I couldn't park in my own parking space, and I couldn't get to the garage from the elevator and the indoor broadcast was tested ... read more

Why AC break all time here lah? This 3rd time AC break! Also leaking from pipes. Pay big money, get poor quality.
