Did notice a lot of rain water ingress on the 11th floor concrete balcony canopies and outer walls from the roof garden drainage.

Beautiful condo. Close to Costco. New Capstan Sky Train station will open early 2024. It will be a 5 min. walk. The building is very clean and well managed. The recreational facilities are all in the building. Concierge staff and building manager are courteous and responsible.
