I thought I did something wrong until I read these reviews. Spot on. Woman at the desk was downright rude. As an elderly man who gets confused easily I was shocked by the entire office staff including the doctor's attitude and response.

I had a very odd and disconcerting experience at Concord Foot and Ankle. I sprained my foot and needed to see a podiatrist in order to get a return to work letter. So, I made an appointment with the first recommendation from the hospital-- Concord Foot and Ankle. I gave them two stars because they squeezed me in but beyond that my experience was alarming. Dr Rosie I hate her she infected my toe it's Ben infected since July 2025 she did I such a bad job taking a ingrown toenail out and was in a hurry to had no manners I was litterly screaming crying in pain and did she care no she came in alredy mad with kind of a aside hopefully dr wekland is better and can fix my very infected tow that hurts badly

I couldn't have a more positive experience with Dr Getzen and the staff from the front to the back. I was met with friendliness and smiles at the front, attentiveness and thoroughness in the back without feeling rushed or unheard. Dr Getzen offered me options every step of the appointment giving me choices to move forward more aggressively or slowly at the pace I am comfortable with. I definitely recommend this practice and will return if needed. Thank you!
