After nearly 5 years of seeing Dr Weakland, I was 18 minutes late and told I needed to reschedule. My laser treatment takes 10 minutes or less and I have waited between 20-80 minutes to be seen every visit. I had called and was told she was 2 patients behind ,40 minutes before the appointment. Why didn't someone call my cell phone, the number I called from, to let me know she was leaving? On top of this, I travelled 2.5 hours to see her, as the treatment was not available in northern New Hampshire. Very disappointed ☹️
Horrible. Dr. ruined my shoes pulling out my insoles and then proceeded to cut up a pair of 60$ insoles to fit into my now broken shoe, without giving me any knowledge of this, until it was time to leave and they demanded payment!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
I was fit in last minute for an appointment and the staff are all wonderful and accommodating. The medical assistant (I am terrible and have forgotten her name) was so kind and remembered every detail when i had to call the office back the next day. Dr. Rossi was efficient and kind without rushing me even though I was squeezed in as an emergency. I am very grateful for such wonderful care. Highly recommend anyone to this office.
