Horrible. Dr. ruined my shoes pulling out my insoles and then proceeded to cut up a pair of 60$ insoles to fit into my now broken shoe, without giving me any knowledge of this, until it was time to leave and they demanded payment!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
I was fit in last minute for an appointment and the staff are all wonderful and accommodating. The medical assistant (I am terrible and have forgotten her name) was so kind and remembered every detail when i had to call the office back the next day. Dr. Rossi was efficient and kind without rushing me even though I was squeezed in as an emergency. I am very grateful for such wonderful care. Highly recommend anyone to this office.
I didn’t have a great experience here. After being ushered into the exam room, I noticed what appeared to be skin flakes on the footrest—a charming welcome, right? The nurse, instead of using a cleaning wipe, chose to swipe them away with her bare hand, right in front of me. When I hesitated to sit down (because, honestly, who wouldn’t?), she repeatedly insisted, “What’s wrong, Erin? Erin, it’s clean. I was so severely injured by Dr. Rossi that I have not been able to walk normally or without pain in over a year since my appointment with her. I cannot feel a large portion of sensation in my foot, driving is painful, and I have not been able to resume sports or activities that I have participated in since I was a child.
