This is a community credit union located in the heart of Bedford Stuyvesant. It's a credit union where the members know the management and it some cases worship together. I've been a member for 10+ years. The management and staff are very professional and will go out of their way to help. This company sucks, they don't give you monthly statements if you do auto pay , they refuse to send you a copy of your bill and you have to jump through hoops to even get an email from them. I was refused a supervisor because I was told they can't do anything. 0/10 I'm never using this bank again after this loans paid off.
