Staff & treatment basically ok. Extremely poor customer service. Was overcharged for a procedure in April 2025 & they refuse to mail my refund check. Insist I come to the office to get it. 5 days later - Was able to speak to Dr. Quartano & he agreed to mail the refund check to me. My faith has been restored & I'm happy with this resolution.
