Absolutely love the staff! They’re extremely thorough with every service they do, and always prioritize how you feel during/after, always wanting to ensure you’re comfortable and happy! They never rush you in or out, always listen to your opinions, and will answer any questions you have! I live in the Lafayette area and take the hour and a half drive because of how much I appreciate the entire Concord Family Dental family and what they stand for!
They are the most caring and upfront dentistry they I have seen in years. It reminded me of when you visited your neighborhood doctor. I came in tense but once the exam started they consistently confirm I was ok and the dentist Dr. Lance was amazing. So kind and tender to relieve the stress. Explain option in great detail. I highly recommend this practice. Will be encouraging my family and friends to consider this office.
