This place is a joke! They don't believe in certain meds that actually help you. Before they talk bad about their patients they should make sure they hung up the phone first. Rude!
M. Otte PA and nursing staff have been incredibly helpful, informative, and provide great professional care. Super grateful for the help with some chronic conditions.
Great first experience here. I was seen in a timely fashion and the entire staff--front desk, nurses, and doctors--were incredibly personable and helpful. I saw Dr. Arao and thought he was an excellent physician. He was knowledgable and great at explaining things. I very much appreciate how professional and efficient everyone was during my visit.
