This is the worst service I have ever heard of. They are late to pick up patients by hours to deliver them to their destination. They are late to return patients to their destination. This is supposed to be helpful to sick or patients in need. Please DO NOT use this service. If they cannot take care of patients they should not be in business. They have left my Mom for hours. She is very sick and their lack of concern is devastating.
The dispatch service is TERRIBLE. They do not comply with transportation orders, are always late, and/or method of transport is not always complied with per order - regardless if scheduled in advance. For nursing home residents, making their medical appts timely is extremely important and there is a reason for the method of transport!! Thanks to Concord, my mom missed a few important medical appointments.
