I'm a little shocked reading all these wonderful reviews knowing that my daughter and I had an awful experience. I scheduled my daughter a "problem" appointment and that went well. At the end of the appointment, we scheduled her a cleaning for a week later. I called early in the week to confirm the time and was told she was not on the schedule - mind you, I ended up finding the card i was given with the date and time. They been cancelling my appointments for a while without rescheduling
Terrible experience. I had an emergency wisdom tooth issue and waited months for an appointment. They confirmed it, then left me waiting 25 minutes in the lobby before telling me I couldn’t be seen and there was no doctor available. They rescheduled me, only to cancel again 10 minutes before the next appointment — while I was already five min on my way. 🦷 From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I appreciated how gentle and professional they were—definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!
