We are so happy with our updated bathroom! We have a one bathroom home and Nathan made sure it was usable through the whole remodel. He listened to our ideas and offered suggestions on anything we asked. Nathan is a hard worker and continued to work through 5 days of lost electrical power due to recent storms. We highly recommend Nathan and would definitely call him again on any future project. Thanks again Nathan!
Nathan was the first contractor who answered my phone call with a positive attitude, after many other calls! He's a gem! Does fantastic work. He did the 1st 3 phases of my remodel, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. He made the process easier for me. He handled the pieces-parts, I handled the decorating. Definitely a 'detail' guy, as he fixed my bathroom vent, while discussing the project, and no money had been spent!!! How many people would do THAT??? He likes more challenging projects, so give him one, YOURS!
Nathan just finished up my bathroom remodel and it's absolutely gorgeous! He was thorough, took his time to make sure everything was right, and even took extra measures to ensure my wall mount vanity was secure. Nathan is the best!!! We have used him 3x since 2018. I absolutely love Nathan’s approach. He cares that you enjoy your space. His latest vision for our last project of the house, the dreaded 1950’s bathroom, is simply amazing. He completely made a god awful space so decadent you would want to sit in there with a glass of wine and just admire the masterpiece. This is not my first time using Concord Custom Services and will not be the last. The service has been unbelievably unmatched. A couple months ago, Nathan took on a job for us that no other contractor would. We had him remove a cabinet and install a dishwasher we bought. He was super efficient and the job was done within a day. We did have him come back out to do additional work on some of the kitchen and he has gone above and beyond for us.
