I am manager at a local hotel that allows guests to have their things dry cleaned by them, they state you need to call in your order by 8:30. I called at 8:32 because a guest came down at the last minute. They called me back after 5 minutes and said they won't come pick up the order because we called after 8:30 and the driver was already "out of town" They pick up laundry from around the city here, where is the driver going out of town?
