We had a wall taken down and hardwood floors installed. We had cabinets made for each side of the fireplace and a new mantle put on the fireplace. We also had an interior door replaced. We have put off doing these projects for many years. We thought it would be too much of a mess and too expensive. We were pleasantly surprised on both points.
