I wish I could say I recommend this place, but until the management gets their stuff together, I simply cannot. Our A/C unit has been broken for over 2 months at the time of writing this review. It gets to almost 90 degrees INSIDE our apartment, and we have pets and a small child living in these conditions. We have had to take money out of our pockets to cover costs for fans just to be comfortable enough to exist in our own home. This is truly ridiculous. Also the apartments are part of an HOA, STAY AWAY IF YOU HATE HOA's
I've been waiting two hours for the office to open.
This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartments are extremely old and clearly have not been maintained. My air conditioning does not work properly, and my kitchen sink has leaked so badly that it caused damage to the apartment below mine. Management is completely unprofessional. The maintenance staff appears untrained, and it feels like they hire people off the street rather than qualified professionals. Issues are not fixed correctly, and problems keep coming back.
