We found ourselves at Concord Comprehensive Neuropsychological Services after our child was struggling to learn basic concepts at the start of 1st grade and showing signs of frustration and low confidence towards academics. I am extremely pleased with the level of service we received throughout this process. My son and daughter had assessments here. Scheduling and billing was simple and easy. The testing was completed in one session, followed promptly by a feedback session. The report followed shortly after with recommendations that were easy to understand and truly helpful. From the report, the school district made significant changes to my students programming. I highly recommend their services.
They gave me no new information about my child. The rescheduled every appointment that I had multiple times. During my first two conversations I had with them they gave me a total number I would have to be responsible for after all testing and review was complete I was clear that I wanted the exact amount I would owe them at then end of the whole process and the secretary gave me an exact number.
