The people, service, quality of work and customer care are exceptional at Concord Collision Centre. They stand by their work and ensure your are happy with the final product, and if you are not satisfied, they go above and beyond what is expected until you are. In my case, they replaced a faulty condenser for my a/c in October 2024 which had a limited 3 month warranty. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away I had a horrible experience with Concord Collision Centre. I brought my vehicle in for a small repair on the driver-side fender, and they kept it for way too long. What should’ve been a minor fix turned into an outrageous $18,000 bill — over half the value of my vehicle! They charged six times more than what it should’ve cost, and added unnecessary items to the bill like replacing both front headlights — even though there was no damage near the front of the car.
