Concord Collision Centre is one of the most highly recommended places. I had a very positive experience during my car repair. Christina is one of the customer representative, she's very helpful.
AVOID WITH A PASSION, these guys have an arrangement with the tow truck drivers and they’re were so backed up (had the tow truck driver texted me finding out how much the repairs were and when it was going to be done, I guess cause he was waiting for his payola) . My car took 4 MONTHS to be repaired because they had such a back up in queue, kept blaming it on Parts delivery but when I spoke to another auto collision center, they said they could’ve had it done in a month, there was no issue with parts my car needed at all .
