This AC system is an absolute joke. I keep complaining about it for almost 2 years and they don’t do anything. Like sorry don’t build a weak AC system that is a high rise that is all windows. You think it will be cool in the winter on sunny days? Not a chance. I’m over here suffering from uncomfortable 22 degrees inside my home because the damn AC is so weak and they turn it off completely once outside temp reaches 9 degrees or below. This complex in general is a very nice complex to live in. Safe and secure. The maintenence, security and llobby team is amazing and very helpful.
