The building itself, the owners, strata, and the concierge are actually great. Most of the problems mentioned in the reviews appear to stem from the building’s maintenance worker, Pritam Thapa. During a routine visit to inspect the fan, he broke my door handle. He then denied causing the damage, insulted me, and left. Food waste and unpleasant odors can also remain in the hallways for days, and he doesn't take care of the garbage room. See the attached photos for reference. These are all fixable.

The elevator is consistently out of order. Having only three elevators for this building is already not enough. Most of the time, one of them is not working, and when this happens, we have to wait 20 to 30 minutes because only one elevator is operating.

Beautiful apartments and great amenities on top of a great central location? What else do you need? Oh wait, the SkyTrain, shopping center, restaurante, bars, and arcade? Wow

This AC system is an absolute joke. I keep complaining about it for almost 2 years and they don’t do anything. Like sorry don’t build a weak AC system that is a high rise that is all windows. You think it will be cool in the winter on sunny days? Not a chance. I’m over here suffering from uncomfortable 22 degrees inside my home because the damn AC is so weak and they turn it off completely once outside temp reaches 9 degrees or below.
