It's fully residential complex
Could not really recommend As a structural engineer, the building has lots of flaws, from tight parking ways to tight corridors and not -well designed suites. The weird A/C system acts like an amplifier for the skyline noise! Building materials are noticeably cheap. Interior doors expanded (absorbed moisture I guess) and won't fit their frame! The list continues. So don't waste your time and money on this building...
