Commercial train goes by from 4:30-8:30am causes the whole building to vibrate from its engine sound so good luck sleeping. Almost every night there is street racing of cars with modified exhausts on the lougheed hwy so good luck sleeping early because insulation in this building is a joke. Nobody cares! Someone crashed into the fountain a year ago — some of the stones fell off and it stood like that for six months. Then, in a sudden burst of creativity, they decided to “fix” it… with red tape A bold design choice, I must say. And yes, it’s still broken to this day — one full year later. Go take a look. I seriously doubt anyone plans to actually repair it. Concierges change every month. The few who were actually helpful have all left. The ones who stayed? Completely useless. The soundproofing is terrible, and some residents throw late-night patio parties, which makes it even worse. The elevators are almost always dirty, often with sticky black streaks on the floors. The strata council is arrogant and incompetent, and the strata manager is hard to reach.
Beautiful towers, however… They only have one gym, and it is way too small for the amount of residents that come from TWO TOWERS (C and D). It is always busy, no machine is available unless you go before 5am or after 12am in the night. If you are facing south, have fun in a boiling apartment all summer because the AC does not work enough to keep the apartment cool during sunny days (even in spring), so the apartments get super hot.
