Commercial train goes by from 4:30-8:30am causes the whole building to vibrate from its engine sound so good luck sleeping. Almost every night there is street racing of cars with modified exhausts on the lougheed hwy so good luck sleeping early because insulation in this building is a joke. Neighbors here have no regards for others in the building. Dogs bark almost all the time. There are huge balconies for every unit but due to high winds you might get to use them once a year.
