I like it here despite other comments
Rude and unprofessional concierge. The Asian girl with glasses has a superiority complex and always targeted our unit. Would always stare down our guests or us as we walked by. Even crumpled up a parking pass and threw it at us as she rolled her eyes once when we requested it for one of our guests. Not a pleasant way to be treated if you call this place home. This place looks impressive from the outside, but living here has been a constant frustration. The building has only three elevators for 55 floors, and they frequently break down or are tied up by move-ins and deliveries, making wait times unbearable—sometimes over 15 minutes. Getting to your car is another hassle, requiring two elevator rides through a poorly designed parkade system.
