The building has only three elevators for 55 floors, and they frequently break down or are tied up by move-ins and deliveries, making wait times unbearable—sometimes over 15 minutes. The worst untrained concierge staff!! The concierge people received my package and sent me a text saying they got my package at the front desk and will hold it for 2 weeks before disposing it. I went 4 days after I received that message bc I was away for a few days. To my surprise they gave my package away (words of the concierge manager, Abi).
