I have gone there several times and find their service and personnel are top notch. I used to go to diablo subaru , but they cannot compare in cost or the timely efficient service I consistently get at Concord Auto Service..
Thank you as always to Ken and his team at Concord Auto Routine mileage maintenance and a difficult washer fluid pump situation... but as always Ken is very transparent on costs or potential costs should any hiccups arise. Great team and great service. Very honest feedback regarding the issue with my vehicle and appreciated how they went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and that my vehicle was in good hands.
These guys saved us! We came for a pre-purchase inspections and boy are we glad we did-- The car looked beautiful but was a total disaster. Cesar found evidence of one or more accidents, a compromised frame, and more. If we had purchased the car, it would have been an expensive disaster. So glad we didn't. The cost of the pre-purchase inspection was more than fair. These guys know what they are doing and Cesar and crew are beyond awesome.
