took 4 days for scheduled appmt. Took less than 10 minutes to fix once on lift & appreciate that. Had to point out trim piece needed fixing - requiring another lift. Cost $100.
I've been using Concord Auto service for many years. They are diligent, honest and fair.
I'm lucky when my car started giving me problems I was close to this place, I showed up on a monday morning with no appointment, they were very professional and friendly and my car was fixed the next day. I really appreciate they just fixed what was wrong and didn't try to take advantage of me and tell me my car needed a bunch of other things fixed too. Thank you!
Great crew. No bs. Felt confident taking my van here for the first time. Will definitely continue to use services they offer!
Very thorough. Helpful.
