ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! The whole team. Nicola, David & Dylan were all super friendly & helped me instantly when I drove in. I had called several other smash repair places with zero luck. I didn’t have the budget for a full panel repair with paint. I just needed it driving properly again. They popped it roughly back in place on the spot & then rubbed most of the marks out as well. I cannot express enough how Amazing this family run business is. I had a small mishap and wasn't sure what to do so I looked up local smash Repairer, there is a reason Concord has such high Reviews and Regards. They actually care!!! From a huge smile as I entered the office, to looking at my car, Nicola kept me at ease and made it all seem so simple. And fortunately this time it was! Joshua helped put my damaged part back on for me. So incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR!
