Update. 4-1-2025. Still the same. Now no one answers the phone. Almost to years without so called number 1 warranty company doing anything to stand behind my policy I paid for. If any one knows of a class action being formed for this scam of a company feel free to let me know. I will for sure like to get involved. If I could I would give less then 1 star. I purchased their top package and paid in full at the start. Never needed them until a couple of months ago for an A/C repair. My shop called. I called. They lied. And then the lied some more. And then they went radio silent. They NEVER did anything that they were contracted for. I have to believe this is criminal. I've begun legal proceedings. STAY FAR AWAY.

DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THEM! Just Don't. They have gone back and forth with the auto mechanic and myself for over 3 months over something covered 100% in their policy and still no answer. I've had to push them for answers and hardly get an email back. Now my lawyers are working on the case. Total scam, avoid at all costs.

This company is a joke. I am a service adviser. Called in a claim 3/4/25. Took them 48 hours to contract me back via email only, to tell me they were ordering an inspector. Today is 3/18/25 and finally received an approval to continue work. Myself and the customer have called them everyday since vehicle was here. After all that time the approval was that they were going to send there own parts for me to install. Does not cover fluids, freon, evacuate and recharge a/c or diagnostics fees.
