Lovely warranty company and easy process from start to finish. No complaints about anything, they kept their word and paid out on my repairs.
** DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY**. The company is either out of business or going out of business bc I am not getting a response from the client portal, the numbers are disconnected and you can’t even access the website. IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION FOR CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT PLEASE POST IT IN THE REVIEWS.
This place is a joke so stay away they will deny coverage and tell you that you car gad pre existing conditions that void the warranty even against proof by the dealership. I had kept perfect records if a 2018 ford expolerer bought this warranty about 3 months after I lost my water pump at 28,000 miles way too early and the dealership always serviced my explorer with records showing perfect maintenance but because my warranty was over 5 years it didn't cover the waterpump and Concord refused to pay for it and stated it was p... read more
