frauds. they high and left customers hanging with no notice. Customers lost their money and coverage and ended up paying for repairs themselves as I had to. The world is round and they will get theirs.
Shut down without warning so I guess this review is pointless. I had 6 months left on my contract so I'm not out too much.
I’ve filed multiple claims since purchasing a vehicle and adding warranty coverage. In each case, I’ve gotten zero response from Concord. Nothing acknowledging receipt of claim, other than a system generated claim number, and no follow up letting me know if it’s been approved or denied.
