Call time to show up got a little confusing, but other than that my experience was great. Everyone from receptionist to doctor was wonderful, kind, patient, open communication, someone even called to check in on me today. Wonderful experience highly recommend day surgery at CH if it’s an option for you. Was very clean too!
Today I had outpatient ear surgery and EVERY nurse was kind, caring, considerate, efficient and repeatedly showed me how much they cared for my physical AND emotional well being!!! I was in many Angels' hands. Nurses are INCREDIBLE and COURAGEOUS!!! ❤❤❤❤
My 2 year was suppose to have dental surgery this morning, we got the covid test when they told us to, isolated (on a freaking holiday mind you), then got told just 30 minutes prior to our arrival time that they didn’t receive the covid result and the surgery was canceled. Her father and I lost out on 3 days of wages, time with our families on a holiday and denied our child food and water after midnight for absolutely nothing. Efficient, on time what more could ask
Dr. Chiu and his team were very kind and professional. My daughter who is 3 came to get oral surgery and all the nurses, anesthesiologist were NICE and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions twice and these people are serious about their profession. After having bad experiences other places I was shocked to see the care my daughter and I were treated with. Thank you!
