Very friendly, patient and gives the extra nudge or encouragement needed to get your teeth back into shape. As for the costs, nothing is cheap these days but they help by coming up with plans to best fit your situation and at the end of the day that's all you can ask for.
Great atmosphere. ALL of the staff are very thoughtful and knowledgeable.
I did Invisalign through here. They repeatedly forgot what step I was on, forgot when I had already been in, lost my retainers, one tech repeatedly contradicted the dentist, waiting for him to leave the room before saying things like "you don't actually have to wear the retainers all the time, just when you sleep". Another tech was overly flirty with me, telling me I should be a model and putting her hand on my shoulder throughout the conversation. Left a really bad taste in my mouth (pun intended)
