⸻ The work is fine when they have jobs to send you on, but if there’s no work, you don’t get paid, even though it’s not your fault. Employees gone over a month without an assignment and no pay. Now they also make you be on a list just to go to the shop/facility to get paid. Very inconsistent and unreliable.
