The staff is very helpful and cordial. Dr. Sanchez is wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, very professional and everything else you can imagine, i would definitely recommend her and the hospital
Uncompassionate and untimely Vet service. A routine spaying of our healthy six month old energetic puppy had a terrible outcome during surgery. Cause of death is unknown, no autopsy was performed. Tests run prior to surgery showed no defects. Concierge failed to inform us that our puppy had stopped breathing half way through surgery. Immediately upon OUR phone call to find out if she was out of surgery, raced to come see her. The only option Concierge gave was to find a 24 hour hospital to transfer her. This woul... read more
