We closed on buying this property remotely. Concierge Title Services provided great communication throughout the electronic closing process. Would recommend them for future transactions.

Concierge Title is good a good title company when you have no problems. But if a mistake is made on their part, for example, like not figuring out the correct taxes, they do not offer any assistance because it would it would be a burden them. I used them for the last 3 closings and now I would not do any more future business with them.
