I initially left this business a bad review based on the fact I was not getting any response from anyone there either by email or phone. The owner has since reached out to me, and she has been extremely helpful in booking my vacation. She has been responsive and very informative. I am happy that she took the time to listen to my concerns as well as work with me. Because of this, I would book through Concierge Realty again.

Communication was quick and timely. We needed two identical units and their price was higher than the other one, but not outrageous. But, I was shocked and disappointed when payment processing included a 3.75% fee for using a credit card. I have never experienced that on Redweek and hope I never do again. I wired them the money, which I hated to do, but I hated the 3.75% fee even more.

The company was very professional and the rental of the timeshare was very quick and easy. The representative got back to me immediately with any questions I had. I would absolutely use them again.
