I cannot recommend this practice highly enough to travelers. Ive been all over the world and in several medical situations. and After an absolutely absimal experience at a local ER (5 hours of waiting for them to add-service me after seeing my insurance and charging me plus ignoring my concerns...). I found Dr. Torres through a series of phonecalls. Their online registration took less than 5 minutes and I had a video call consultation in within 15 mins of that. Do not use this provider. Their provision of services (saline ins) was OK but very expensive. However, they charged my credit card but gave me no invoice or receipt. As a result my health insurance provider denied my claim for reimbursement. I have tried to contact CMS multiple times both by phone and email but have received no response. from them. They obviously do not care about their clients once they have received payment.

People with insurance be AWARE! This place doesn't not take insurance and you WILL be paying out of pocket. If you need to get medical treatment on short notice or in an emergency -- contact your insurance provider and ask them to direct you to a location in the area that takes your insurance. Otherwise you will be stuck with a $200 bill, like me. Edit after owner response: in the past -- I called the number multiple times with no answer and no reply. Had the most amazing experience with Concierge Medical. My husband had food caught in his throat for 24 hours (he could breathe but not eat or drink). He was miserable but we were told by two GI nurses at home that there wasn’t much we’d be able to do for him outside of an ER. We decided to try Concierge thinking they could advise us whether we should fly home or go to a local ER. The doctor called us within a 1/2 hour.
