They claim they don't accept office visits — and honestly, that's fair... because the office doesn't exist. According to building security, there has never been such an office there. Ever. They've even received mail addressed to it, which they have to return because, surprise: nobody knows who they are. Let's be real — that office is like Bigfoot: lots of stories, zero proof.

Amazing and fast service. My son was dealing with a bad ear infection. Dr. Torres and assistant came to the hotel and provided antibiotics and steroids my son needed to be a blue to fly back home. I am immensely grateful for the quick response and how helpful they were with the prescription.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough to travelers. Ive been all over the world and in several medical situations. and After an absolutely absimal experience at a local ER (5 hours of waiting for them to add-service me after seeing my insurance and charging me plus ignoring my concerns...). I found Dr. Torres through a series of phonecalls. Their online registration took less than 5 minutes and I had a video call consultation in within 15 mins of that.
