Thought I had a good representative for insurance at first. Very nice. When I next tried to contact them 6 months ago, no one answered the call and messages were not acknowledged. No return calls, ever. Tried email and it too was ignored. Spoke with a mutual friend and later received a call from the owner who was accusatory and swore i never called her agency. This group is a total disaster just like our experience. I warn anyone considering them as a potential business partner. We got to them from a referral and totally wish we didn't. Literally, everything that could have been dropped or missed did. Home, Boat, Umbrella, Car policies....Awful service and follow up. Incompetence at its finest.
