We needed an ADU/garage conversion done and Concierge provided great service. We worked with Karen Hirschorn and she was thorough, knowledgeable, quick to reply, and just wonderful to work with. The end project is beyond what we imagined and even though there were some things that popped up we weren't expecting, Karen was not only professional but eased our minds and made this a great experience. This business does not meet the expected concierge standards due to significant unprofessionalism by their project managers and tradesmen, ineffective communication, and inconsistent workmanship. I'd like to share the details of my current project with this company: demolition commenced on December 26, 2024, and as of March 17, 2025, the work is still ongoing. The person we dealt with from Concierge was Aharon. He gave a fair price, and the workmanship on our roof was very well done. They cleaned up and the process went smooth, and the roof looks great. We had mold issues in ,our kitchen ceiling, due to a leak, and the people who handled it from Concierge did a great job, you would of never known the ceiling was damaged it was a perfect repair and match of paint.
