This company was assigned to care for an elderly person. It appears that they do not hire employees to care for the patients, but all sub-contractors. Many of the individual care providers were very good. However, the company does not order/send the supplies the care providers need, requiring the provider to purchase their own supplies. Terrible experience with this company. My mother needs both occupational and physical therapy due to a fall that resulted in several broken bones. The first OT they sent (Michelle), was the rudest person I've ever encountered in Healthcare. Instead of letting us explain the issues with my mother, she had her own agenda and didn't want to listen to us. I requested Grant for post-op physical therapy because my friend had recovered so well. Grant is one of the best PTs I’ve worked with—knowledgeable and caring. He showed me how to stay safe and get back to my regular activity after my hip replacement. Concierge also provided wonderful nursing care. Ask for nurse Jane! She’s thorough, kind and attentive. She helped me through post-op discomfort and increased my confidence that I was healing. Jane is another great reason to ask for Concierge.
Has grown and expanded staff while maintaining a great work environment with many educational experiences for staff
People who answer the phone or call from out of area numbers need to say who they are, what company they work for, and why they are calling. They should not assume a person got their previous message and magically know why someone with a Georgia phone number is calling. Incredibly unprofessional and unethical in how I was treated.
