No calls when thier care givers call out sick , would no recommend these people
Every one of the techs that come out are phenomenal. They do great with my mother in law who has trouble walking. They get her up and going in an awesome way. I give Concierge Home Care a 5 star because all of the people that they have hired are just great. Thanks for helping her Concierge!

This review is directed specifically to Susan, who handles scheduling for both staff and patients. My recent encounter with her has been a stark departure from the usual positive experiences I've had with Concierge Care. Susan's behavior has left me deeply disheartened, as I've found her to be extremely discourteous, untruthful, and prone to manufacturing falsehoods to delay her commitments to staff members and patients.
