Excellent place to get serious about your fitness. Always a clean gym, convenient scheduling, and Bo is great to work with. I have several orthopedic injuries that have limited my progress in the past, but through control and technique, Bo has helped me create a tailored regimen that works for me and has allowed me to make measurable gains, as well as understanding some of the science behind muscle growth and development. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for proper fitness guidance.

The facility overall is bright and clean and the membership cost for personal one-on-one training is very affordable. Bo's fitness background and knowledge of the SCIENCE behind building muscle, for all ages, is most impressive. Best of all, you can tell he loves what he does, and my tailor-made workouts leave no room for boredom! It's so refreshing to finally find a personal trainer who listens and sincerely wants to help clients succeed. It's a mutual victory!
