Dorcas was so knowledgeable and kind! She clearly wanted the safest and cleanest environment, and was very helpful with aftercare instructions. I highly recommend her service to anyone looking for a piercing location!
Dorcas was amazing! She made herself very available in regards to scheduling the appointment. She even brought cupcakes because the ear piercings were for my daughter’s birthday gift and it was my daughter’s actual birthday! Above and beyond! And it doesn’t stop there. Dorcas was so professional. She also explained the ear piercing process and aftercare in a very thorough yet simple way. Dorcas was absolutely amazing. She explained every detail in a way that my 4 year old was able to understand. She told her (and me) exactly what to expect with each step and we finished with no tears. She really knows what she is doing and I feel truly blessed to have found her. I highly recommend her.
