I had a vehicle financed through Federal back in 2017...I paid the vehicle off in 2018. Federal Finance is so unprofessional that my title is still under their name according to NCDMV in 2023!! They have absolutely no idea what customer service is, avoid using this company!

My son received a "live" check in the mail for around $1500. He was in college and needed a little cash, so he cashed the check. I thought it would be good and also help him build his credit. I helped him monitor the account. We paid it off 4 months early. Never heard a word until 6 months later when his credit report took a nose dive. Turns out they added a small finance charge (less than $15) somewhere along the line. We never knew about it, so we never paid it. So glad this sorry a** company is dissolving. The way you ripped all those people off who were already struggling is the reason why your company is failing. Sad to say but I wish you all nothing but the worst.

Jennifer is not someone you need handling your clients. She should not be working with the general public her customer service skills are awful. I have had the pleasure of speaking with a Zach and he is wonderful and very pleasant with his customers.
