Worst car wash service ever. Pre booked on Sunday and staff pitched up 30mins late as well as being rude and aggressive. Never again
My car looked newer than it did when I bought it! I got a full detail. It was looking worse for the wear and covered in pet hair when I brought it in. They even spruced up the plastics and deep cleaned the seats! Will definitely be back!
Do not use this service !!!! Pre booked a car clean on 29 June at Concierge car wash Stafford city - charged $2 booking fee to do this . Arrived at car wash I was hopeful of quick service as their was no other cars in the queue - Was up sold to additional services totaling $132 and asked to prepay. After leaving car received text stating car would be ready in 1 hr & 15 mins. Went back to get my car after specified time and was told they needed further 20mins . So I left and went back 20mins later and car was covered in suds ... read more
