I rarely leave Google reviews, but this experience was honestly so disappointing that I felt I should. I booked online after seeing prices starting from $70 on the website. I understand that’s a starting price and expected the final cost to be higher depending on the vehicle and condition. However, I drive a small Toyota Yaris and was quoted $350 for what I described as a standard clean, not a full detail. When I got my car key back, I noticed the battery cover on the key fob had been opened and the battery had been replaced.The cover wasn’t even clipped back on !!! The manager was extremely rude, and the prices they charged didn’t match the prices displayed on their board. The service was an absolute joke. This car wash shouldn’t be in business.
Imagine paying a booking fee to have your car detailed. Arriving just before the booking slot and being told ‘ no too busy come back tomorrow ‘ despite explaining that you booked in.
Had my car washed here the other day and I could not believe how rude the Asian manager was to me. I was trying to ask him questions but he was just so rude and put his hand up to me with a pfft and just walked away. As a manager I would expect so much more than the rudeness he displayed.
