Recently when we were visiting for an extended period of time from California in Keokuk, one of my husband’s 1 1/2 year old hearing aids quit working. We called Concha and made an appointment with Stephanie. She was able to immediately diagnose the issue and replace the wire so the hearing aid worked again. We were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service! We would highly recommend this business.
Great service and were very helpful. I needed a hearing test done, and haven’t had one in many years. Quick, no hassle and all around good guy. Veteran friendly business.
