Good Times We stayed at the Trader home for the month of January 2011. This is the second time renting with Conch Realty. We had a Great stay both times and we will continue to stay for many years to come. In fact we rented the house for 2012 again. We helped the owner unload the new pool heater and he was a very nice guy. I have no bad reviews for Adam and Conch Realty. He will bend over backwards to help you. Great fishing and Great times.
We had a great time When my family visits Marathon we stay at Pelican House. The rental agents at Conch Realty Sales are good honest people who really care about having us come back again. The house and pool are always in clean and great shape and exactly what we need when we go on vacation. My home away from home. We have it booked again for April 21. Can't wait.
Conch Realty is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! We rented a house "manatee Lagoon" from conch realty June 2010. We were treated so badly by Adam. The house was in need of repairs. The lights in the guest bath did not work and only sometimes worked in the hallway. The air conditioner stopped working and when I called Adam I was yelled and hung up on. Oh my the view What a cool place. I want to move there! I begged the owners if I could stay. They wouldn't let me. Go figure. Seriously, a great experience.
