I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this clinic and Dr Ranasingam's team while trying to complete a medical report for an adoption. Initially, the doctor was helpful; he requested blood work, which I completed the next day, and instructed me to email the required forms. Unfortunately, the administrative side was a disaster. Dr. Ratnasignham is exactly what you want in a Doctor. Knowledgeable, charming, courteous and tells it to you straight. He works with you on plan and feedback before things get serious and has a positive outlook on life and life balance. Nurse(s) are excellent and professional. Feel bad for the receptionist who has do deal with the ignorant. I have had nothing but professional conversations, bookings and service from reception.
