Dr. Ratnasignham is exactly what you want in a Doctor. Knowledgeable, charming, courteous and tells it to you straight. He works with you on plan and feedback before things get serious and has a positive outlook on life and life balance. Nurse(s) are excellent and professional. Being from England, I must say that having a receptionist who refrains from using abusive language or resorting to physical assault is a definite plus. I completely understand that the receptionist role can be challenging in deeply human ways, especially considering the sheer diversity of patients I’ve observed. I agree with the previous review! Receptionist is not personable at all. I was looking for a new family doctor and Dr. Ratnasigam was recommended to me. Too bad I never got to meet him due to his unfriendly and non empathetic receptionist. No reminder phone call/email/text was provided by the office either. I unfortunately missed my appointment due to an unexpected emergency and was told by the receptionist "we're no longer taking you as a patient" and no further options were given.
