I had a terrible experience at Blue Hills Country Club in Canton MA, which is owned by Concert Golf Partners. I sent a 4 page letter to the CEO, COO and head of Human Resources of Concert Golf, explaining how terrible my experience with their event planning staff was and I got no response. For the amount of money I spent on my event, I did not receive the level of service that I should have. Terrible Business practice. I will never tell anyone to do anything with Concert Golf or Blue Hills Country Club.
