Very disappointing experience. I purchased a brand-new KRK speaker online and was shocked to receive what was clearly an ex-display/demo unit instead. After contacting the company, they actually confirmed via email that the speaker had been on display prior to being sent to me. What’s even more frustrating is that despite acknowledging the speaker was an ex-demo/display item, the company refused to accept a return or provide a satisfactory resolution.
