My personal experience I was screwed around with for a year straight along with my case worker because they didn't want to keep their answer straight on what they were doing to help me, now I find that the rumors from others especially those who went to trauma therapy from a different services are true and Concern has become as bad as Northern Tier when it comes to telling patients exactly how many 'missed' appointments they have and having poor understanding that unforseen occurrences happen in life and not everyone can giv... read more

Don't get services from here unless you're willing to ignore whatever emergencies come up in your life if they happen to coincide with an appointment. They don't care! If you don't call a FULL 24HRS+ ahead of time it's a black mark against you and after 3 you get discharged. They don't care about actually helping people!
