Started out great, finished poorly We hired Mr. Mannarelli and his crew in 2011 to build an outdoor 2-level patio and 10-foot fireplace and 2-foot surrounding wall (not a small job). At first, he was wonderful. He listened to us and promised us that he would see this job to the end, and if we were not satisfied, he would do what was needed to fix ANY issues.
